By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Overview

Avaia Studio is an independent, owner-operated studio creating one-of-a-kind, handcrafted prints designed to honour meaningful moments.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of custom-made products and accept the terms outlined below.

2. Custom & Personalised Products

All items sold at Avaia Studio are custom-made using the information and images you provide.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All names, dates, spelling, and details submitted are accurate

  • You have permission to use any photos or images provided

  • You understand that slight variations in colour, scale, or layout may occur due to screen differences, printing processes, or design adjustments

Because each piece is created specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable except in cases of confirmed damage or error (see Return & Refund Policy).

3. Ordering & Proof Approval

Some orders include a digital proof for approval prior to production.

Once a proof has been approved, production begins and no further edits, cancellations, or refunds can be made for overlooked errors.

It is your responsibility to carefully review all spelling, dates, layout, and design details before confirming approval.

If your order type does not include a proof, you acknowledge that you are trusting me to create your design using the details provided at checkout.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

I accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. I am unable to apply discounts retroactively after an order has been placed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • I do not control third-party shipping providers

  • Delays caused by postal carriers are not grounds for refunds

  • Risk transfers to you once the order has been dispatched

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, layouts, branding, and content on this website are the property of Avaia Studio.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website or my services for:

  • Reproducing or redistributing my artwork

  • Collecting information to compete with my business

  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening behaviour

I reserve the right to refuse service if these terms are violated.

8. Accuracy of Information

While I do my best to ensure all information is accurate and up to date, occasional errors may occur.

I reserve the right to:

  • Correct inaccuracies

  • Update pricing

  • Cancel or adjust orders affected by errors

If your order is impacted, I will contact you directly.

9. Modifications to Service

I may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this website, pricing, or services at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Avaia Studio is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Losses caused by delayed shipping

  • Errors in customer-submitted information

  • Issues caused by uploaded images

  • Third-party service disruptions

Liability is limited to replacement or refund of eligible damaged items as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.
