At Avaia Studio, each piece is one of a kind, handcrafted with intention to honour a meaningful moment. Because every print is custom-made to order, this policy protects the time, materials, and care that go into creating your piece.

Custom & Personalised Orders

All prints and foil artworks are made specifically for you.
For this reason, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds or returns cannot be offered for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect details provided at checkout (names, dates, spelling, colours, etc.)

  • Low-quality or unclear customer-supplied images

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Orders that have already been approved, produced, foiled, or dispatched

Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

If confirmed, I will offer either:

  • A complimentary replacement, or

  • A full refund

Your piece should arrive beautifully presented and in perfect condition.

Proof & Approval Policy

Some orders include a digital proof prior to production.

Once a proof has been approved, changes cannot be made and refunds cannot be issued for overlooked errors. Please carefully review all spelling, dates, layout, and design details before confirming.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, please contact me within 48 hours and I’ll resolve it promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
